For orders over $85.00, excluding gift wrap, UPS ground shipping is free in the continental United States. Offer applies to standard shipping to a single location and may be applied to premium or overnight shipping for an upgrade fee. The free shipping offer can not be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Gallery of World Accents ships Worldwide. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. If we are not able to ship, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order. Shipping charges are calulated based on weight, size, and shipping destination. U.S. domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 Business Days) or UPS Ground (1 to 5 Business Days) unless expedited shipping is requested. USPS First class and Parcel post are discouraged due to the inability to track packages and extended delivery times. International shipping rates and times are quoted on an individual basis. Customers are always welcome to return products that do not meet their needs or expectations. This does not include special orders, items that have been used, or not returned in their original packaging in salable condition. Gallery of World Accents will refund the price of the item less shipping charges. Ship the item back to us in it's original box (customer is responsible for cost of return shipping) to the return address on the label and include a copy of the packing slip. The return address is:

We reserve the right to reject returns on special orders, products used, or not returned in salable condition .
Visable damage at time of receipt should be reported to the carrier during delivery. If you receive damaged product please email us at email@example.com and we will work to resolve the issue. Please retain damaged product,boxes and shipping materials to help resolve the issue with the carrier. All claims are handled based on the carrier requirements.
